Myers-Briggs calls me an INTJ, and after reading what that personally type intails, I've been able to identify with it more than any blood type personalities or chinese / greek astrological signs.

I started my current mind, body & soul journey back in 2017 and the one thing that I already knew but became more evident to me was the fact that I'm a strong INTROVERT. My simple description of a introvert would be a person who isn't very animated and socialising has its limits.

I've tried many things to escape the introversion bubble that I've been in since birth and forced myself to do things outside of my social comfort zone. The list of awkward and uncomfortable moments are waay to long to share. ButYes, I have grown and learned from each and every one of those experiences. however, nothing has worked to completely remove myself from that bubble.

One of the biggest things I've learned from my social experiments was that I can and I'm able to output high level energy. But after the interaction, I will require some social disconnect time frames. Most times it takes just a few hours to refuel and other times it can take up to a few days. It's one of the reasons it has been crucial for me to choose wisely on how and who I spend my time with.

So instead of completely fighting introversion, I've learned to just be more mindful of the 'social energy tank' that it comes with and embrace the strengths that I get from it. Like how I'm super self sufficient and I don't see solidute as torture. I view solidute as a time for creative incubation and to focus or plan for the future ahead.

As I continue to better understand the type of personality energy I was born with and learn how to maximize its strengths in different situations. I'm proud to say that since I've started this journey, I've accomplished way more in the last 3 years than in my previous 10. But even though I've done so much in a short amount of time, I know this is only just the beginning and a ton more is yet to come. 🤙
